Windows Live Mail Desktop

Yesterday I signed up for the beta of beta of Windows Live Mail Desktop,I have to download a desktop software for running that it is about 10 MB in size,but the problem is that the thing dosen’t install it is showing an error.I am looking forward to install this one after my system reinstallation.
If you dont have an idea about this it will be good if you can read this
